Do you ever find yourself browsing stores looking for JUST the right artwork for your home?

Or wish you could share a sign with the postman who knocks at the door at just the wrong moment?

This month, HIBS100 is teaming up with, the world’s leading provider of customised signs for home and workplace, for a special blogger challenge.

We’d like YOU to come up with a sign that you’d like to make. The size and shape is entirely up to you, as is the design. Maybe you’d like a metal sign with your blog logo on, to hang above your desk. Or an inspiring quote for your home’s porch and hallway? Maybe you need a warning sign letting friends know that you have an over-friendly dog in the household?

Whatever sign you’d like to make, the folks at SmartSign are giving you the opportunity to have it made – and win a $500 Amazon gift card to boot!

All you need to do is share a blog post telling us what design you’d like to make, and why. You could use an online tool to mock up your site design, or share a photo or sketch. Be as creative as you’d like! Tell us what the sign would mean to you, and where you’d use it.

The blogger who comes up with the best design, as judged by SmartSign, will have their own custom sign made and shipped (worldwide shipping available) AND they’ll win a $500 Amazon Gift Card. Five runners-up will also each win $50 to spend at Amazon.

How to Enter

  • We’d like you to publish your competition entry before 26 July 2017. Your post must include the statement: “This post is an entry into the #MyCustomSign blogger challenge”
  • Please also share your post on Twitter using the hashtag #MyCustomSign and tagging @HIBS100
  • Make sure your post is live, and you’ve added a link to the Linky at the bottom of this post no later than 26 July 2017
  • One winner selected by SmartSign at the end of the competition will win a $500 voucher and their custom sign. One runner-up will also win a custom sign design.

So You Know...

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.
